BACKORDERED ITEMS

While we do our best to prevent backorders, they do occasionally happen. The item will be sent as soon as our warehouse receives a new shipment.

If an order has an item on backorder, ELT III charge shipping on the entire merchandise total including the shipping cost for the item on backorder. When a backordered item ships, you will only be charged for the item (plus tax if applicable).

If the backordered item discontinued or unavailable, the item will be cancelled from your order and you will not be charged.

RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased from ELT III, you may return the product within 30 days for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. The limited warranty term is 30-days beginning on the date of purchase or order. order with the item listed. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

Return by Mail

If returning by mail, please obtain a Return Authorization by contacting ELT III email: elopez@elt3tools.com  Be prepared to provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

Refunds

A processing fee of 5 percent will apply to the value of merchandise returned for a refund. Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 5-10 days after our receipt of the returned merchandise.

We only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping cost.

Terms & Conditions

The day that your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information of the package and its expected arrival date. You can check the status of your package at any time.

After you have received your order, you have 30 days to return the item if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
